Annual Day an integral part of school is undoubtedly an occasion of celebration, felicitation, feast and festivity . The entire objective of having an annual day in the school is to create a harmonious connection of parents with the school and their children and letting them appreciate and enjoy their child’s talent . On Saturday, November 26,2022, The Shikshiyan School, Gurugram celebrated its Annual Day 2022 with great enthusiasm and zeal. It was woven around the theme “Dharohar - The Cultural Bequest” . The school ensures that there is a hundred percent participation from the students as each child is special and important for us and we believe that every child must be given an opportunity to develop talents, showcase their talents, and harness their skills and attributes through such public performances.
The program commenced with customary lamp lighting by school principal Ms Geeta Dagar followed by Ganesh Vandana which took the audience into the world of rich Indian culture and traditions. The ballet “ Bharat Yatra” presented by the Primary Wing students and “ Veer Shivaji” by the Middle and Senior Wing students gave chance to the students to showcase their innate talent and the school choir stole the hearts of the audience with scintillating performances on orchestra and vocal singing. The School Report shared by school Chairman Mr Mukul Dagar not only briefed about the happening for the session but also gave an insight about future . The program culminated with vote of thanks. All in all Parents had all praise for the show.
