Promotion Policy

• A student must put in a minimum of 75% attendance during the academic year and clear all the dues before he is eligible to appear in the Final examination.
   
• Use of unfair means in the test / examination may lead to the expulsion of the student from the school.
   
• In case a child is likely to be absent for any test or examination the parents should seek permission in writing prior to the test / exam. If a student remains absent for any test / exam without adequate reason they will be awarded zero in the test / exam. In case of illness a doctor’s certificate will have to be produced.
   
• In annual exam, student of class XI has to secure passing marks separately in theory and practical / projects.
   
• Class XI & XII marks will be mentioned in report cards.
   
• If the student is permitted leave due to school activities, retest will be conducted.
