NEW

“With a healthy heart, the beat goes on.”

A healthy heart is central to overall good health. Embracing a healthy lifestyle can prevent heart disease and it’s never too early or too late to begin taking care of our hearts.
With rampant use of technology where the children are glued to gadgets and have an apathy towards physical activities- it becomes imperative for educators to make students realise the importance of good health and educate them to abandon sedentary lifestyle and embrace a healthy body.
Keeping this thought in mind and motivate students to  strive for healthy habits , on this World Heart Day , Friday September 29, 2022, the students of The Shikshiyan School, Dwarka Expressway Gurugram participated in meticulously chalked activities to make them value good health and acquire  a good life balance at the tender age.
