Examination & Attendance Guidelines

Examination Guidelines
  • Students must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance during the academic year and clear all outstanding dues to be eligible for the Final Examination.
  • The use of unfair means in any test or examination may result in disciplinary action, including expulsion from the school.
  • Parents must obtain prior written permission if a student is expected to be absent from a test or examination. Unauthorised absence may result in a score of zero. In case of illness, a valid medical certificate must be submitted.
  • For Class XI, students must secure the required passing marks separately in theory and practical/project components of the annual examination.
  • Marks obtained in Classes XI and XII will be reflected in the respective report cards.
  • Students who miss an examination due to authorised participation in school activities will be provided an opportunity for a re-test.
