Champions aren’t made only in classrooms. They are made on sports grounds too. We are aware that games and sports are an integral element of present-day education. They teach the students qualities of discipline, sportsmanship, team spirit and leadership and teach them the most valuable lessons about perseverance, patience in fact what constitutes a perfect character. The Shikshiyan School, Gurugram too believes that Sports is an integral part of the curriculum. Hence, as the weather gets better and gives students a break from a hectic academic schedule, the school organised Spardha -Annual Sports Day -2024, on 23rd February 2024 amidst great enthusiasm and camaraderie. The students participated in a plethora of races where with a lot of gusto. From Fun Races to Flat and Relay Races, all were thoroughly enjoyed by the students but it was Skating which stole the show. The students competing on wheels showed the confidence they had in their skills. The day concluded with the presentation of the Medals & Certificates to the winners by the Sports faculty.
